PaceTextbook.com is not, in any way, affiliated with Pace University and is simply an alternate method to buying and selling books for classes. "We" can be defined as "PaceTextbook.com" and "you" are the buyer and/or seller.

By browsing the listings, or posting a listing, you agree to the Policies listed on this page. Policies may be changed at any time with or without notice.

PaceTextbook.com accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, or any other problems arising from anyone buying or selling books or any other items posted on PaceTextbook.com. We will not be held responsible for the accuracy/inaccuracy of any of the descriptions of any of the items posted. Items are posted exactly as they are entered on the website, however, postings that are offensive or that include profantity and/or inappropriate language (or anything else deemed inappropriate by PaceTextbook.com administration) will be immediately removed from the website and the party that listed the item will not be refunded the amount paid to list that particular item. This applies primarily to listings of artificial titles/authors/names, etc. that are obviously or are proven to be false. Naturally, if a book title or name resembles or includes mild profanity and the book actually exists and was used for a college-level class, PaceTextbook.com will likely let the listing remain posted on the website. At any time for any reason, PaceTextbook.com has the right to refuse a customer's listing, or remove or not list a customer's listing, or refuse to serve any customer. PaceTextbook.com accepts no responsiblity for the content or validity of any listings submitted. Listings (specifically "Condition of Book/Comments") may be edited for length and/or content without notice.

PaceTextbook.com is not responsible for the transfer of money or item for any transaction. Buyers and sellers are fully responsible for the transfer of money and item being sold. PaceTextbook.com eliminates the need for a middleman or any transaction fees or shipping costs. If a buyer and seller agree to arrange a transaction, it is considered a private sale and involves only the buyer and the seller. PaceTextbook.com is not involved in the actual transactions. Any injury, damage, loss, or other ocurrence resulting from these private transactions between buyer and seller are not the responsiblity of PaceTextbook.com or any of its administration.
